In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the shipping and further shipping costs would be applicable for a replacement product.

In the event of your order arriving damaged/faulty we will be happy to replace it with all shipping costs at our expense.We would ask you to send an image of your goods to thetinysoaplab@gmail.com with your order number.

All TINY orders will be dispatched within 2 days from receipt of order. We use Royal Mail standard delivery, please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery from date of dispatch.

Individual soaps have a recyclable paper wrap - we no longer shrink wrap or use any plastics. Soaps are then wrapped in tissue paper with added padding from recyclable shredded paper, if necessary.

Apart from our Letterbox orders, we use padded envelopes for orders of 1 or 2 soaps. For 3 soaps or more, we use a postal box for safe delivery of your order.
