Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All TINY orders will be dispatched the following business day from receipt of order. We use Royal Mail standard delivery. Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery from date of dispatch.
All our handmade soaps have recyclable paper wraps; we no longer shrink-wrap.
Apart from our Letterbox orders, we use padded envelopes for orders of 1 or 2 soaps. For 3 soaps or more we use a postal box for safe delivery of your order. Inside the box, the soap is wrapped in tissue paper with added padding from recyclable shredded paper, ensuring a secure parcel which arrives in perfect condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the shipping and further shipping costs would be applicable for a replacement product.

In the event of your order arriving damaged/faulty we will be happy to replace it with all shipping costs at our expense. We would ask you to send an image of your goods to tinysoaplab@gmail.com with your order number.
